CEO Antoine Agassi

TRINISYS LLC, a Brentwood-based provider of enterprise integration and credentialing solutions, has named Healthcare venture veteran Antoine Agassi its CEO.

Trinisys Co-founders David Box and Travis Gregg remain with the company full-time, focusing on product and business development, among other matters, the company said in a release.

The company offers Healthcare and other organizations technology solutions that support automated data capture and data repurposing; rapid Web development, and other functions, while minimizing custom programming, according to its website.

Agassi, 51, was previously SVP and CIO for Florida-based 21st Century Oncology; president and COO at Cogent Healthcare (sold to AEA); COO and CTO of MModal (previously, Spheris); CIO of Envoy/WebMD/Emdeon; and, VP-MIS for Blue Cross Blue Shield of Utica-Watertown (N.Y.).

Agassi for several years directed a State of Tennessee e-Health initiative that began under former Gov. Phil Bredesen.

The company said it also created an advisory board that includes Connie McGee, a Nashville-based SVP of Knoxville-based PYA Analytics; Dan Rivera, an Atlanta-based director of Intel Americas; and, Bob Rossi, VP within Chicago-based CDW Healthcare.

Agassi said strong organic growth, as well as eventual corporate or asset acquisitions are key elements in scaling-up Trinisys. He noted that Brentwood Capital Advisors, represented by L.A. Galyon, has been an advisor to the Trinisys board.

The 11-year-old company has 27 employees and strong financial fundamentals, Agassi said. VNC
