Venture Capital tax credit approved by General Assembly
[Updated 5:52 p.m.] The TNSBICCA passed in both House and Senate today, and will next go to Gov. Bredesen. The Senate vote was 30-0. It passed in the full House this morning, 94-0, and in Senate Finance this afternoon 9-0-1PNV. The insurance industry provides the leverage for this economic development and venture-funding move.
